2) Q:How can I pay you?

A: After all details cleared, we will send you PI for payment. We accept T/T and Paypal, Western Union etc.

3) Q:What's the order procedure?

A: First we discuss order details,production details by email or TM. Then we will issue the PI and send to you, please make payment for the deposit or full payment,then we start to make, we will contact you when we almost finish the production and arrange the shipment.Or if we have the stock we will ship directly.

4)Q:How do you take care when your clients received defective products?

A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

5)Q:How do you check all the goods in the production line?

A: We have inspection staff to do product inspection. We check the goods in every step of the production.

6)Q : Can I have my own customized product?

A : Yes, your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carton mark, etc.

7)Q : Do you have quality control?

A: Yes, we take care of the goods quality.

8)Q : How about the warranty?

A : If quality problem occurs , please feel free to contact us.
